Since I originally posted this, the conversation has developed into whether Pond committed OGI or not. I staunchly believe he did not. The central point of the accusations centers around a few games where he seemed to instantly townread me. Here is his explanation for each, which he has commented on this thread:

Well, to be fair, you did believe in the true meta for a couple of games at least. It was only shady that didn't use true meta to base his reads on you or tell you his alignment. :p

But that’s the operative thing here. Saying I played to Shady’s wincon is speculative which is corroborated by what? I’m working on a document (almost done i’m at lunch) going through and explaining my townreading of shady in many of the games in question. It’s funny because when I first started working on this I was convinced I had done what y’all said and my TR’s were meta, as that’s what the multiple bins and the mod team have been telling me.

Now, however, after looking at the games and realizing in every single one of them i have legitimate TR’s on shady (AND SO DO MANY OTHER PEOPLE) it’s absolutely unjust. I’ll post it here within an hour.

How is no one talking about the other people in all these games ALSO tring shady?? I can’t will shady to d3’s (whether town or maf) by myself and i didn’t force others to TR him as well.

I don't really know why it should be shady's responsibility to avoid specific players anyway. Not everyone has unlimited hours in which to play the game, and for a lot of the day there's usually only enough players to fill one comp table at a time.
If two players have similar schedules then it's not really surprising that they might end up playing around a third of their games overall with each other.

As shady said and as with I dealt with my own case [I accept my round DQ as fair], some of the mods starting from a position of assuming malicious intent rather than having no assumptions at all is going to change the lens in which they view the evidence.

This is wild. I've read both pastebins and the reports and Patryk's bin is so biased. I don't think anyone did anything wrong here. Honestly, there are so many games I play where I townread people based on previous games, or just automatically believe someone when they say they are town. If this is cheating then literally everyone on this site is guilty. Its how this game is played. Let this go, there was no cheating on either side and it is obvious based on both of their defenses.

90% of people cheat for each other when they start to trophy run because 90% of people on this website know multiple other players through an outside source which is why EM should not have a discord nor any other outside way of communication
