Scenarios have occured that, together, clearly demonstrate that the moderator team is severely racist.
Scenario one:
I use the n-word in the context "[name] called me a n-----". I receive a hateful comments violation for using the n-word in my sentence. This was despite my use of the word clearly not being in a hateful context.
The second comment in the screenshot refers to this report https://epicmafia.com/report/254962 which charley gave a no-vio to, of course with no explanation (moderators protect their own)
After being reported for the second comment, bsm still received no-vio, even though it's obvious that if a non-moderator was repeatedly racist after being reported for it then they would probably get banned https://epicmafia.com/report/254965

Throughout this thread, BSM has defended his multiple racist posts by saying that he is white. He states it is not possible to be racist against white people if you are white. Supposedly, this is what makes his actions appropriate.
Spiritualized, a black, posted "the whites can't handle being called crackers (sorry crackers)". They unequivocally used racist language in a hateful manner. They received a no-vio verdict. This was despite the only purported reason that BSM was not reprimanded not applying here.
The moderators give people vios for even mentioning the n-word. However, they encourage the use of racial slurs against white people. The moderators are perpetuating black privilege and are attempting to engage in a sitewide white genocide.

I will not donate another cent to this website until I believe that the moderator team is not just a group of children. Anyone could be banned for anything at any time.
I do not think it is racist to say slurs when you are quoting another person. If he said "EpicMafiaUser#32 called me a n*gger", he is not being racist because he is just explaining what was said to him.
Also, if you're that hardcore about slurs--as you should be--maybe you should extend that vigor for all races.

I don't know whether he said this, but assuming he did, I can only assume he was referring to scenarios where someone had used the word to attack someone else

I'm a big fan of the "divide a comment up to respond to its individual parts" style of argument, but you're missing the context.
I didn't give IC vios for swearing because idgaf about that. I would have given one for the N-word because it goes beyond saying cùnt, or any other regular swear word.
I don't have to see that word. Another mod told me awhile back that Lucid said he was surprised we didn't just ban people for that on the first offence. Idk why this is such a big deal. Don't use the word dude.

I got a vio that should be reserved for people spewing racist vitriol because I didn't censor myself when making reference to the n-word.
So far in this thread alone you've written "cünt" "get fücked" and "shít". You do not believe that swearing should result in an IC vio.
You're asking why I should post an uncensored version of the n-word? For the same reason that I don't censor every other word I write. You need a reason to censor a word, not to not censor it. I see no reason to censor it. In this thread and the first thread I made (in the OP), people have referenced the word as I did without calling it "the n-word" and there was no problem, as there should not have been.
You act like the word hurts your eyes. Or at least, you act like the word hurts the eyes of any black person that reads it, even when it's not being used as an adjective. Do you think black people are little babies? If either of us deserve a vio for racism, it's you.
Maybe hold your thoughts on that one until you're able to read modchat and my parting comments.
As for the other thing, it doesn't matter whether devante and scummy think you're being racist. I could go and get black people who think you are. What mattered is that you used a slur unnecessarily and could just as easily have said "Bebop called me the N-word"
You didn't though, you went for full effect, and that's why you got the vio.
For further clarification, if I wasn't modding it as a slur, I'd still have given you some sort of IC vio. Swearing isn't allowed on the forums (hence the filter), and we let it slide. However, there's no need for you to be posting the N-word anywhere, and I'm still waiting on you to provide a valid reason for you to do so.

Magician was the other mod giving me vios. His opinion is not worth as much as ImScummy's and Devante's because they are black. They can decide whether not censoring myself when saying someone else said the n-word is racist.
Ally and I didn't get demodded, we stepped down voluntarily.
and we weren't the sole voices in favour of giving you these vios.

The main moderators making decisions on these reports were bsm, ally, and charley. The first two were demodded. The last now thinks that I should not have been given vios. The admins should evaluate these cases and remove my vios. No mature person would argue that making reference to the n-word constitutes hate speech.
