I was agent with a Killer and a Spy. I was in autoloss, they weren't going to no lynch, they were going to lynch me until I said I'd rather killer win for the meme.
You guys act as if they were going to no lynch, and kill each other, but that was never a scenario.
This wasn't at all vio worthy and I'm appealing this for that reason.
I don't deserve a gamethrow violation, ANYONE who read that game can see I clearly wasn't throwing and was playing with the intent to win.
You bloody idiot, why would either killer or mafia ever do that unless they were throwing against themselves? say if Killer votes NL at the last minute, then what incentive does the spy have to now not betray them; as had the Killer in this instance genuinely wanted to split the points, they already had the opportunity to lynch the Agent. Ironically, this would then put the Spy themselves in a kingmaker situation, where they'd be the ones picking either the Killer or the Town to lose with them, since they could at this point assume beyond all reasonable doubt that they were being betrayed.
Say Miles played kingmaker all you want, I don't think that can be denied, but saying that Miles wasn't in autoloss and actually threw the game takes an asinine and perverse definition of the term.
So what are my intentions when i oppose a mod decision? I can see why you are so mad at what happened. Because you are a person who changes their stance regardless of what is right. And you think everyone does the same. Didnt think you were just a hypocrite. Attacking me because i am not supporting you in your crusade in breaking a rule. Great job mate. But remember. I agree it is harsh therefore it should be a vio but without a suspension. If a note is given then a bad precedence is set because this was the most severe case of kingmaker play. Earlier lukeskywalker was given a note for playing kingmaker. Which was less severe than this.
obviously if miles continues this behavior in future games aka kingmaking then he should be puinshed. i'm sure he won't if given a note but giving an outright violation is a bit harsh off the bat.
kingmaker/prisoner dilemma bs isn't a really good reason to tag someone with a violation the first time given manhunt and other setups with those situations aren't commonplace on em
He has the mentality of throwing which should be changed. Make him understand and explain it to him why he got the vio and why it is important to set a precedence. Id revoke the suspension because he is running. If we downgrade it to note then this type of throwing will continue.
