i mean that's not the point, the point is that town did nothing to deserve that win besides lynch one mafia. meanwhile mafia did almost nothing to deserve that loss.
Because that particular set of circumstances is so ridiculously rare that even if every game in the round was played on it then you still wouldn't expect it to happen more than once.
we really just could not find someone who would say the same things as you. like, if you get banned, we officially lose the only unique voice left on the site.
And even if that case was not rs it was still a call taken with full intent to win. You calling it risky immediately invalidates any moderation related action you suggest on it. Because risky means it is a strat. And risky is never moderated. It frustrates me that I have to explain the same stuff to every mod. Because we have to deal with you guys.
Jm123. No matter how many examples or strategic logic you give. The bottom line is that you can't give a vio for someone shooting their fos. I have shot my fos many times when they were unccd pr. In some cases they were pr. But that is part of the game. If you are wrong you lose. Recently when you became a mod i thought i did not need to join the mod team anymore. I thought the team had enough good mods. But you disappoint me. Keep coming with your questions. I will respond to help you.
JM it’s hard to explain to u why in that scenario it’s a no vio because u have to understand that I’ve done this successfully many times .
Had I let him claim, and he was leading a Lynch or advising the Sheriff who to Lynch I would have cc’d.
However in that instance I found it better hiding in blues, hoping a mafia gets lynched & then ccing the following day & having the person I vested is town.
The thing that makes this game actually interesting is people are free to make similar plays without persecution: otherwise we’d just be playing a computer simulation
I think the concept of optimal strategy interfers with report handling sometimes, you're free to disagree
I don't think it's a case of rs, if I'm not mistaken Devante himself said he knew the bs claim was mafia (it was very obvious) but still decided to not cc. Which lead to Devante being hammered on d2 lylo, as unclaimed bs, while a maf was unccd bs.
Also, the grey area i mentioned was between NV and note
a sheriff is shooting d1, both prs are unccd but the sheriff scumreads one of them, he asks repeatdly if anyone else claims pr but no one else does. the sheriff doesnt care about it and shoots his fos, which is the unccd pr, which flips blacksmith. NV, note or violation?
I'm sure you will anser NV, and after that i will give you another case where the play is even worse. I think it will be funny to see where you drop the line, if there's any
