So there's been a lot of shooting recently and the president isnt doing about it.
Australia had its worst mass shooting in 1996 on the 28th of April. 12 days later australia announced a bipartisan deal on sweeping gun control measures. The government brought back and destroyed over a million guns. We (australia) haven't had a mass shooting since.
Why is Trump not doing anything. Children are dying. People aren't living their full lives. If comforting those who have been through trauma and lost loved ones is all they can do b*llfucking sh*t. If saying it will be okay to those victims then saying that to gun owners should be fine too.
Sorry im just annoyed with how this has all been going down.
The discussion for why America is inherently a bad country , and why Obama really wasn’t sh*t for what he did in the Middle East should be held in another thread .
Let’s use this thread to fail to convert at least one American on their gun stance
We clearly can't distinguish who has mental health issues and who doesn't since we are missing all the clear signs. And until we do, guns should be banned. The US is one of the only countries who allow it and yet we have the most mass shootings. Use your brains, kids.
The problem is not guns entirely, the main problem is negligence of mental health. Also, one thing all these shootings have in common is the AR-15 gun. There is absolutely no reason for normal civilians to have access to that gun, never mind an unstable 19-year old dude with a long history of mental illness. A simple handgun or shotgun will do. Only military should have access to guns like that.
this is the same bs logic that allows people to legalize weed and still have people in jail for possesion, you are gonna have to disarm peoplem, are you really gonna let mentally ill people still own guns
If guns aren’t the problem, why are there no more mass shootings in Australia after they had the buy back program ? Criminals still hold guns in Australia ,
Why has there only been one real mass shooting in Canada in the last few years ?
How would this community choose it's police force?
What if one community decided that murder was ok, but another said murder is not ok.
Since we are asking questions , why is America, over the last 25 years the only country with more mass shootings than every other developed nation put together, with an exponent of about 10
