verumbark from my experience, a personal thread is where you talk about yourself and then people talk about you and make fun of you behind your back because youre mentally ill/nonbinary/whatever bullsht reason they have for wanting to tear you down and THEN everyone blames you for being bitter about it when you find out Maybe my expectations are too low, but I'm not surprised
