I'm aware 90% of EM users are degenerate potheads but it's never too late to put down the weed bong and pick up the dumbbells. If any of you are interested in getting into weightlifting and have questions about anything hmu on Skype @ Antithesis91. I'm actually very nice.
Kev having a good routine helps a lot so you can track your progress on each lift and not feel like you're just facking around. What kinda workout do you do?
Not as much since I joined the military, i get to go on runs, but lifting really isnt the strong suit it used to be for me.

anyone have any advice getting back into working out, I used to do it regularly and just kinda stopped gradually a couple of months ago when I started eating healthier :( i just feel awful more often lately and I want to start up again but I just get so sad that I stopped in the first place and get demotivated after working out like 2-3 days
probably just being a bi tch im gonna work out today
I don't really want to spend money on a dietician - I eat fairly healthy. What I meant was that I like what I eat, I just wish I were eating more of it. 485, nice, do you still lift often?
@snug Dont take my advice, im an ex-gym instructor not a diet professional, but you should be able to find a diet that fits you. Usually cutting is reducing fats, carbs, or both for protein and minerals. That means there's plenty of tasty food for you if you find the right combination - many cut-optimized diets allow for avocados, almonds meats and even most diary products, and most people i've met can find something tasty they like in there and make a diet out of it. meet with a professional and im sure you'll find something you like.
Yeah deadlifts/squats just feel easier - before lifting I did plenty of frisbee and hiking, and not so much upper body activity. I just started bouldering indoors a few weeks ago - what kind of stuff do you climb ling?
But I myself just train mostly Muay thai and go to the gym for 45 mins each day before work. I run 4mins low 2mins max 3 times for a total of 18 mins and then hit the gym for various exercises. D1/D3 is upper body. D2/D5 is lower and D3 is simply extra cardio in the form of cycling.
I kinda wanna get a lean "fighter" body instead of bulking up to look like a gorilla which is why I focus on that mostly.
