Everyone wants their role to be added. This isn't for everyone.
While lucid is actually active at present, this thread is for fixing roles and mafia-related features. Improving the game itself is more important than adding a bunch of role clones.
If you know there is a trickster in the game, it gets predictable. This role with 100% fabbed items or 100% real items , won't work in any competitive setups.
The moment you recieve a gun and trickster is the only role left able to give you a gun... Do you shoot? Do you not shoot? What will you do ? If its not fabbed , you will shoot. If it is fabbed, you wont shoot.
But 50% makes you .... Thats the trick right there.
you want the most random role in the game to be even more random?
how do you build a strategy around 50% fabbed items? it's hard enough to build a strategy around a random item and a random player, randomly fabbing items on top of it just makes the game a big clusterfuck and discourages playing
this is why lucid shouldn't just roll with the input every casual mafia player offers, they don't think about the intricacies of the game or role interaction or, most of the time, even think about playing the game
that isn't a good idea, it's random enough and spoils the game enough as it is
if you made trickster hand out fabricated items, that would give it some balance, give town a sort of loosely controlled fabricator to trick mafia, and hold true to the trickster name
giving anarchist bombs, however, totally screws with knowing whether there's an anarchist or not and it's just silly
also making it appear to self as blue is a good idea
