One Piece: Film Gold review

Well... I gotta say.... there was some great parts and some late parts. The plot was pretty cliche and all, but the straw hats still manage to make it stylish with the great animation as usually put into the movies. With gags and laughs and action and rags to riches, this movie had everything but proper direction.

Obviously the worst part is bringing back Rob Lucci and Sabo when they did ABSOLUTELY nothing. That's why I hated Sabo in Dressrosa it basically happened twice in a row.

ANYWAYS. This movie fails to be what it wants to be but I can't sh*t on it because it's One Piece and it tries it's best, but with how bad the anime's been lately I fear the worst for how One Piece will fair.

oh boy another anime rant

One Piece is 770 episodes in and with every week the anime betrays the manga more and more. While there's such delicious storytelling and fights(I'd rather see fights through the anime rather than the manga), the issue with it being slow paced for the past 200 episodes cannot be ignored.

That being said HOLY DAMN THIS IS GETTING GOOD AGAIN!

seriously though this thread is just a way to make things look like I'm okay and am mentally healthy when the littlest thing ruins my entire day.

I may fail my easiest class. Like the stupid easy class. Like they have 3 assignments but the last one is so confusing and I didn't get any help on it so now I hate my own existence for not doing it earlier
