I just sat down in this thread, didn't feel like it was an important enough issue to weigh in seriously on (I mean seriously it doesn't matter if we allow back to back trophies or not) and decided to think of an alt suggestion, which is my normal means of derailing threads these days because I lack a good gif repository.
