It's rather easy for mods to see which are the GT alts, mist. In every round there are numerous alts that fall in the catagory of:

1. obvious enough that the mods know they're GT alts

2. not obvious enough to ban/suspend

These would be the alts you'd need to play with to get trophy #3 in a row (hat trick, ultimate mafia trophy)

I believe the 3rd trophy would basically be something only the best competitive mafia players could achieve. It'd be something to covet and work towards you entire mafia career.

Adding something like this would give normal trophies meaning too, because it'd be step 1 toward getting the special 3rd trophy.
