Edark, Cody, Dahlia decided the below case did not justify an unban.
Arcbell - neutral as always. Offered $50 to james to unban him. Funny, but inherently scummy
Then they added 4 months to abc's ban.
And banned me as well (I actually deserved it tho). Damn I actually put real effort in this and they took a few back and forths to dismiss it. that university i went to was a waste cuz this was the simplest case on the planet
Alright. This is a personal test from me to mods. The only try hard piece of writing you'll ever encounter out of me on this website. Mods. You have simple duties on this party game website. That's to 1- keep it alive, 2- keep users happy, 3- and clean up the forums from terrifying words like mong and incorrect gender pronoun usage
INTRODUCTION
I point out the following reasons why he deserves a release: 1- he is spiteful as a banned user and the community suffers for it, this will be removed obviously, 2- the site gains nothing with his “ban”,
3- his ban doesnt even stop him from being banned in the first place (rofl), 4- philosophically it follows that he would abandon all sense of rules and be a trouble maker while exiled from a society that enforces these rules and in such a case, him breaking rules w/ this status is perfectly f'ucking reasonable. This is not a case that justifies continuing his perpetual ban.
Listen, ABC is only going to continue pestering until you do the right thing and give him his due freedom. It will continue on and on and on. What pros have you uncovered over the past 2 years he's been banned. Have there been cheating and round pausing every round since? Have there been nonstop GT alts showing up? Or trolls in every game destroying competition? Yes, this is an endless problem that is only facilitated by wrongly banning users who then spite this entire community. So, unban this f'ucker.
Also how is the site changed by keeping abc banned. Nothing changes. It's simply funny how no one gets this. All that has happened is you've changed his status to banned user while he bypasses on alts, nonstop. Have we defeated a main villain and all misery ends? Does the site get anything beneficial at all? Does the community get any healthier, cleaner, warmer? Is there some glow of energy filled with epicmafia justice powder sprayed from Rutab's cow utter onto tables as we play? Well he's been on the site his whole ban. He's been on today. You aren't stopping him. Look at the OP in that 'confessions' thread. He's been playing actively this entire time. do the most logical thing and unban
His status as a banned user with no release date acts as a propellant to his bad behavior. Why wouldn't it? He has no reason to expect being released. And I swear, Edark, if you think him doing bad things while being PERPETUALLY banned is a reason to keep him banned, then you are basically dictating. To illustrate, if I personally feel in my mind there is no date for my release from jail, and I'm perpetually stuck with no freedom, then I feel I have nothing to lose by breaking any rules. It's as if there is no more authority or rules. Because being perma stuck in a prison does this to most people. You basically created a situation that allows his no respect for rules attitude. Is there one simple fix to this? Could it be to f’ucking give a man his due f'ucking freedom?
This s'hit is simple philosophy and was explained succinctly by Sirius in the other thread. But you read one snippet from someone else that mentioned in one comment that "he wont ever reform, heerpp" then you hammered a decision based on that saying, “he aint getting unbanned.” Quest then self deletes.

TL;DR- Unban Quest. If you don't then I expect a lengthy and thorough argument made against every point in this post BY BOTH ADMINS. I guarantee the arguments made here should convince any unbiased person of logic and reason.
Poll
Did you read this entire post? If not don't vote. If yes, then answer: do you agree with my argument?
I would 100% support a trial by combat with abc vs vilden vs slowbro and the price being a 1 ban leash. Now that dyl is out of the picture its a far more lucrative option for the participants.
He doesn't have to be reformed, the argument is as such: would you ban any other member of the community for the same things you're currently [keeping] him banned for?
If you look at it from the standpoint where he's been banned for far longer than it'd take for his standing violations to expire, he's at zero. There's no real justification you can give to keep him banned short of 'he's ABC and possibly a bad person who might, maybe, do some bad things if he's freed'.
Edark, this isn't about his accepting offers. It's simple. You give him a trial, and he either completes it or he doesn't. State the rules plainly in this thread.
We need to clear some things up. First of all Rooo and ABC are most likely the same person. So if you gave Rooo a leash for showing honesty and good conduct, then you did the same to ABC.
Cody, you're using some weird inside info that wasnt revealed to anyone to make your case. Did you announce any of this or report it? How do we know that's not just some nonsense
And I spoke with James about you and his deal. He really was being a normal user, just posting on the forums to annoy people.
It comes down to so many miniscule technicalities for you mods. You MUST have some hidden reason like a fear of reputation
Whatever
it's just what i had in mind, i didn't share it with anyone because it wasn't official, but i did tell him in our private correspondence that he could establish trust and goodwill if he chose to, both of the times i unlocked his accounts and let him use the site freely.
it's not a technicality to say that the very premise of his unban is an invalid one through his own actions. i no longer have my logs with him but if you were to go through them you would see that i told him that i'd set an unban date for him if he went for a period of a few months without breaking any rules or bypassing. i made it pretty clear that it was a serious deal, so if he really wanted the legitimate unban i think he would have honored our conversation and kept his side of the deal. he probably assumed that i was just BSing him and as such didn't take me seriously (which is not true).
i wasn't afraid to add sammie or arc to the mod team despite the incredibly negative reaction from the community, so "fear of bad reputation" isn't something that applied (or applies) to me.
Edark, you must give James a trial by fire. None of this "let's argue until someone snaps" business. Trial by fire. What do I mean by this? We give James an unban condition.
A feat of strength, will, or intellect that he must complete in order to obtain his unban. No small endeavor either. We must test his mettle. Be creative. Be ruthless.
I offered him trial by combat with vilden/dyl/slowbro. He didnt accept :(
