Since then we've recruited mods that don't understand basic concepts like Gamethrowing, OGI, or meta abuse, so having someone on the team that understands the game and was around when the game wasn't the pointgrindingshitfest that it currently is only good for the site.

And sure he's going to go out with a bang and find some systems to disrupt, but honestly that's good for the site too.

i mean, at the very least have they said "no, i've gotten over it and do not look at such things anymore" or was this not brought up? because if thats so then continue on about arguing whether or not its okay for them to continue to mod

however, in my opinion if being a pedo was enough to warrant you from not being a mod at some point, then yeah unfortunately she should be demodded.

i don't think being a pedo is the issue unless they're obviously actively using epicmafia as a hunting grounds (lol bigpock ban) to warrant a permaban, but being a moderator while being one is likely an issue for most

Their behavior should be the judge of whether or not they have a moderator's position.

You also realise that I'd already given the person the okay before anything came to surface regarding their history? If you actually read what I'm saying then you'll realise what you're saying isn't valid. I never said I disregarded anything, I said she was supervised. I was satisfied with her behaviour under such supervision.

If you truly feel they're a threat then they should be permanently banned, instead of just demodded. We've clearly seen that they've reformed and haven't done anything malicious on this website since they were added as a moderator. Either you push for a permaban or let them stay modded, the amount of hatred that's being shown right now is too much.
