The mod team is long overdue an overhaul.

At present, there are 20 moderators. Some follow precedent, some don't, but ultimately they all have their own benchmarks for what is or isn't acceptable. As a result, there are far too many flaws within the way this site is handled; from a sheer lack of understanding, to grudge driven decisions, to blindly sheeping one another upon request (this can be highlighted as my appeal has been hand-picked from the open reports and immediately sustained by Totori).

I was going to write up a large OP about this, but quite frankly I'd only be wasting my breath.

Bottom line is quite simply this - a 20 man weeb squad isn't going to bode well when it comes to website moderation.

This thread has been prompted by the lack of professional integrity displayed by antikrist & Totori in handling my IC report.

I had a thread active for about a week in Off Topic which contained some screenshots I'd captured from my games of Draw It. Moderators were aware of the thread, and had even commented in it. Antikrist decides that the time of reckoning was nigh and she drew a close to the thread. I remade it as I had no reason to believe anything was awry, and was slapped with an IC violation. Totori felt it was necessary to sustain the report immediately as Antikrist had prompted him to do so.

Meanwhile, there are dozens of examples of IC-worthy posts throughout the forums, whereby moderators have even quoted the posts, or continued discussion in the thread. Why are only certain posts made an example of? Why is there no consistency? Why are moderators able to get their friends to sustain their verdicts?

All this and more.
