It helps for the duration for me. I only smoke under supervision (lol) though so it's not like I can even smoke and go to bed. akjdhfajhdfahbdfa
Deep breathing helps me. Also knowing that everything is temporary - that make ms stressed things easier to process
weed never really helped either though to be fair
