Duuuude San Diego is incredible. I was able to turn my brain off while I was there. It was pretty fantastic. Definitely do that it's always nice weather as well
My best friend from school actually lives in San Diego and invited me out whenever I wanted. Maybe I should do that. I also have 2 weeks of vacation I need to use before the year end.

Mori says I guess to answer your question I haven't worked out in a VERY long time.. kind of embarrassing really. My normal routine was cardio 5-6 days a week and weightlifting 4-5 days a week. Not sure what it would be now.
