I am no longer taking a studying break, but let's go anyway.

I don't know much about AirBnB tbqh but I'd probably just read up and look at the reviews and then decide. Sounds like AirBnB would be the better choice for you though.

Did you see the article in the times about the rise of the Bromosexual relationship? It was pretty cringey

i just tried giving it a read and i couldn't follow along because they never defined 'bromosexual' for me and i can't figure out what it means

I don't think there's anything wrong with AirBnB but I've never stayed in one.

Hotels probably cost more but I can't foresee any weird things happening to potentially ruin the trip. Plus there's room service and other stuff available.

Yeah depending on where you get the AirBnB you can get an entire week for the cost of 1 night at a hotel.

I don't know that kind of sucks, Rutab. At least you didn't lose money?

We're trying to figure out where I'm going on vacation. Right now we have Iceland and San Diego.

I really like walking and wandering around when I visit cities, but I'll rent a car.

Sims let's do it. Let's leave our New York lives behind. You're in your 30s and I'm dang close. The San Diego dream is happening

Yeah the city is small. I walked everywhere but I would be out from 6 am to 9pm exploring and eating tacos

What I've heard about it is that things move slowly and wages aren't great for the cost of living, so it's tough to build a career there.

The industries are most military and defense oriented. BioTech and medicine are also big. Not too much else.

San Diego is a better city to move to in your 30s than your 20s prob

on the bright side if you do get a rental car everything is within 20 minutes of each other so it's never a far drive to get somewhere

Oh that's kind of disappointing to hear.

yeah it's definitely not a walking city, get a rental car if you can afford it if you go

my sister lives in san diego and it's so beautiful there and i'm really jealous and actually considering moving there eventually, but i'd be in contact with family members i hate

it's legitimately a beautiful city though, i love it there

I did an Airbnb in South Park. It was a bit of a hike to downtown but the area was chill. I walked everywhere but for most it's not a walking city

Did you stay in a hotel out there or do AirBnB?
