I just drink and do stupid things.

What Lucky has done at parties.
Attempted to punch boucer and fell down.
Tried to jump over fence to fight someone, fell on my face.
Told friend to punch me in the face multiple times x.x
Jumped off roofs.
Nipples pierced.
Fought alot.
Ping pong.
Powerslammed on ping pong table, that was fun.
Lit off my Co2 bottle in friends house.
Etc.

Have a worst case scenario in your mind, maybe you'll just talk to a close friend all night. That'll be ok right?

people love it when you say tactless stuff, outwardly they could look offended, though really they enjoy it heaps.

"is that a pimple or is it just a bump?"
"never knew that people still liked that haircut, wow!"
"you've done well to get that outfit on your low budget!"
"i love it when someone's confident to go outside looking like you are"

Just don't be afraid to be embarrassed, say hi to random people and be interested in them. Ask them about their day, school, whatever. Just be interested in them and ask lots of questions, people love talking about themselves. Don't be afraid to just go up to them, the worst thing that can happen is they ignore you, take a shot of vodka and move on. It's a better experience to put your social anxiety in your back pack, and try to ignore it no matter how powerful it is. Your quality of life will get way better trust me.

I needed this advice all my life thanks dude

Your best idea would be to stand awkwardly in the corner, and if anyone walks up to you, yell "Gotta go fast!" then stare at your feet.

Drinking will help reduce inhibitions so you can socialize better without getting anxious.

Even better - just drink so much till you black out that way you don't even have to socialize.

Dont drink a lot if you don't drink because you'll make an a-s of yourself in front of anyone. If you want to start drinking drink with a few friends until you know your limits. Trust me you don't want to give off the impression that you're a sloppy drunk who can't handle booze.
