also mods should not be allowed to self-moderate HC reports anymore because that's stupid. if one mod is offended by something they just auto-HC it when it's not even HC

It was being discussed immediately after it was posted, I was the one who vio'd it after some discussion. I also told you earlier that I simply forgot to do it after making the report as I remembered I had class. To see why this is of obviously no significance-obviously I consider it HC, because otherwise why would I have vio'd it. Therefore, I would always delete it. The fact that I did otherwise suggests it was a mistake rather than some purported vendetta for vilden who I can't say I really hold a grudge against at all other than wishing he had something better to do.
As someone that used to use the N word you really shouldn't keep regurgitating this lie.
There is such a thing as a "casual insults" and that happens to be one you've used yourself casually. If you'd trying to deny this FACT you wouldn't keep running face first into this problem.
i agree that warning someone who has already broken a rule twice (and more if you go digging) is a good idea. right up there with giving someone four notes

The only difference was that he was aware, he was vio'd for it twice already and while empire gave the vio, nat and I, the only two mods who were online at the time were discussing whether or not that should be vio'd.
careful you might inadvertently threaten either the only group actually on EM that gets defended from HC or one of the many non-existent groups and get an HC vio.
