also, fyi. the senate did vote on a bill literally a day after the shooting.
what was it about???
defunding planned parenthood.
priorities...
edit: sorry that wasn't the entire bill, the other part of the bill was about repealing some parts of obamacare.
also they did attempt to sneak a gun control act in the bill, but it was shot down by the NRA (i say NRA and not senate because the NRA is basically the senate at this point)
if it'll help you guys understand more, you cant just "do" something in america, there are a lot of checks and balances, which is why it takes stuff ages to get done. politicians are constantly discussing this topic and trying to come up with a solution every single day, you just don't see it on twitter. therefore, asking them to stop giving sympathy just because you don't see any immediate action, is downright silly.
again, stay in your own countries, worry about your own countries
you say this, then you omit the fact that the senate denied a bill that would've banned assault weapons in 2013. (which is majority republicans)
probably because the senate is smart
i'm the senate

I'm glad to know that the politicians of the United States of America spend every single day mulling over this issue. In fact, it fills me with assurance and settles my concerns completely.
you're welcome
Thank you
my pleasure

So let me get this straight; JeffReid has muted Vilden, who has in turn muted me. Should I complete the cycle and mute JeffReid?

the whole prayer thing is handled by their PR people dude, like getting mad over that is silly since they're executing basic human courtesy at that point.
