Code Geass, Death Note and FMAB would definitely be on my list of top anime. Runner ups would be Hyouka, Mekakucity Actors, Mushishi and Clannad Afterstory.
Ya'll have good taste though. :D Good luck with midterms lawliet! : )
Death Note (aesthetic+storyline), Seraph of the End (story+art+characters), Yona of the Dawn (story+characters), Terror In Resonance (art+characters+music), Mushishi (aesthetic), Monster (story), and No.6 (characters+music). It's really hard for me to pick an absolute favorite because I love them all for different reasons.
But there are several classics like Bebop and FMA:B that I haven't seen yet, so I'm sure my tastes would change after watching those, heh.
Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, FMA:B, and Mushishi. those are the 4 best anime imo. and if i had to pick my all time favorite? it could be any of those, but Trigun really has stayed with me the longest in terms of its thematic message and the key plot sequences. it's just an extremely memorable story, with fantastic music too
XXXHolic and Cardcaptor Sakura because CLAMP is OP. Maybe Black Lagoon too. And Clannad -After Story- I mean, best Manga goes with Sand Chronicles, duh.
Please click on the YouTube link. It's hilarious. : )

Konnichiwa, senpai Please notice me I watch Asian cartoons I'm a weeaboo
I live in my mom's house I'm like 32 I collect swords and throwing stars Yes I'm a weeaboo
Sticks and stones may break my bones But I will always be one step ahead of you 'Cause I read the manga (You're such a f***ing pleb, are you even even Japanese bro?)
I haven't showered in like 16 weeks All my friends and peers are ashamed of me 'Cause all of a sudden I think I'm Japanese
Yes, I'm a weeaboo A filthy weeaboo (Naruto's so overrated) A dirty weeaboo (You wanna see my katana collection?) A f***ing weeaboo (I'm learning Japanese on Rosetta Stone) A disgusting weeaboo (So I'm like basically Japanese now)
I live at my computer desk And argue with teenagers on the internet About atheism And how Japan is superior to other countries I learned a bit of Japanese So now i'm qualified to be a part of their community So i made my avatar a kawaii waifu
Yes, I'm a weeaboo (Uh duh, everybody wears kimonos) Yes, I'm a weeaboo (Ninjas are still real, okay?) Yes, I'm a weeaboo (Uh, k-konnichiwa) Yes, I'm a weeaboo (Domo arigato) A filthy weeaboo A dirty weeaboo A f***ing weeaboo
So it's objectively not the best anime, and pretty just okay. But I love it anyways. So i'm going to suggest it for those who have already watched lots of anime~!!
Devil Survivor 2 the animation! It starts a lot worse, because it tries to do some fighting and it looks silly, but most of the show is about the stuff around the fighting and it gets a lot better throughout. It's still good at the start, but it might make you a bit nervous thinking it's gonna be generic shonen, but it's not!
wow shigatsu wasn't that bad. the characters were likable (except tsubaki) but the story was just predictable and it was overdramatic which killed it, 22 episodes wasn't necessary. the thing i really hate was that they never said if
kousei won the piano tournament or not
in the end
Yeah. The reason I didn't like it as much was because it was so over dramatic and forced. Not to mention the overuse of fluff but I guess that was what it was about in the first place. I can understand why you may like Shigatsu but I guess it wasn't my cup of tea. :D

Well, seeing as you liked The Pet Girl of Sakurasou, you may also like Your Lie in April and Hyouka.
If you've already watched both of those then try Clannad. Clannad's sequel is amazing but Clannad itself was also enjoyable.
Have fun with your waifu! :D
Shigatsu wa kimi no uso is terrible.
Whoa. You think Shigatsu was terrible too! I can't seem to understand why everyone liked it so much! Damn. At least I'm not the only one who hates it. :D
Although Boku Dake ga Inai Machi isn't overrated. From what I've seen so far at least.
