I had the chance to meet some really great players in these few months, players that i believe requested to be a mod and they are still waiting to become one.
There should be a program called "Training to become a moderator", where 4 people (for example) are selected to become a "mod in training". They will be given the chance to learn and prove they are worth getting the position. This "internship" will last one or 2 weeks and when it ends the mod team will pick one person for the job.
Maybe this way more people willl get the chance to see how modding works and if they are up to the task.
Yeah everyone who hasnt been mod before and doesnt know how to do it is a bad choice. Unless you actually teach them -.-

It's funny how u guys are saying the concept of trial mods is bad because Arcbell did it and he made a pedophile and a pathological liar trial mods so trial mods as a whole will fail
Yes, The idea is good. Arcbell did it ok. needed few fixes, but the real problem were the other moderators c:

Nah don't blame mods, they really don't have a way to stop me doing it, it's literally just philman having wayyyy too many holes in site security and me finding them all =D
