Mods in training

I would like to make a suggestion.

  • I had the chance to meet some really great players in these few months, players that i believe requested to be a mod and they are still waiting to become one.
  • There should be a program called "Training to become a moderator", where 4 people (for example) are selected to become a "mod in training". They will be given the chance to learn and prove they are worth getting the position. This "internship" will last one or 2 weeks and when it ends the mod team will pick one person for the job.
  • Maybe this way more people willl get the chance to see how modding works and if they are up to the task.
Is this a good idea?

the first change with the modding needs to be actually mod people who apply instead of people who post on the forums and have been mod before.

I agree, lets do it.

They will do violations, and get points based on how good they worked. They will catch cheaters, fight evil, and best part : They cant be hidden linked since they wont have any mod powers at all. YET. Winner will get moded .

Yea RWF and LadyNemesis decided modding was too much they had to full scale monitor every action taken by LaurieRose.

They just get Sean Bean in for his one-trick-pony accent, and then scrap him once they've become successful.

Sean Bean is to acting what Alan Shearer is to football. Although saying that, Alan Shearer has become a lot more entertaining lately.
