haldo epicmafia, no one is at the office today and most people aren't looking for jobs the day before thanksgiving, so that means it's time to mellow out.
how do you answer a question in an interview where they ask you "what's your salary range?" without sounding like you're either asking way too much or desperate for the job by asking way too low
jill with your hospitality and retail background I would be able to arrange an interview with their administrator. I apologize if this is not in your salary range at this time, as it is expected that you would do it for free.
I'm interested. I've developed good customer service skills from previous jobs in the hospitality and currently, retail industry. I value indepedent work that contributes to a larger team.
what's the starting pay?
The starting pay is $0 with a potential earnings of maybe a few tokens.

I'm sure other game websites and forums would appreciate my credentials.

It is a customer facing job. You will be handling written complaints from users regarding infractions of the client's games set of rules. You will be trained in the art of moderation, learning rules and precedents. You will work both individually and as a part of a larger team. In addition, you will be responsible for handling written complaints in the form of a thread, as well as via private message. There are also special projects and ad hoc tasks that you will be able to participate in that can lead to greater opportunities within the company.
my client offers flexible hours as they operate 24/7. They have a baseline expectation for production, but you would be allowed to work at any and all hours of the day. It is a competitive environment and your potential peers are goal-oriented, young professionals. In addition, they offer great work from home benefits in lieu of pay, medical and 401K.
I'm currently looking to fill the role of moderator for a small text-based game website. They are looking to pay zero dollars. Would this be of interest to you?
