1) He'd always do the right thing even if it caused him a political headache because he's super anal about things being done correctly.
2) He's pretty smart so a lot of the time it comes easy to him.
3) He likes the site and the community. He actually likes this community. He actually LIKES this community...
4) He's willing to take up the job, and not just as a "oh wouldn't it be fun if I were admin" sort of deal.. he knows what it entails and he's ready and eager cos he's weird.
Hope this helps Lucid. Try not to let any of the trash talking PMs get to you this time.
i don't think you can avoid people getting burned out, it's going to happen as people get busy with their real lives and can't spend time doing free modding on a game site
i'm not saying that being a good mod and doing reports are mutually exclusive or anything, i'm just saying that reports are secondary to being a good mod. what does being a good mod mean?! haha who knows!!

Connor for example was not terrible, and Roshiez was fine and is merely blocked because RWF spread rumors she leaked.
i help with cheating when i can, you dont need to be on staff to do it

bare in mind that there are also some who simply won't do it anymore too eris

I don't know what you mean there Bear, there are plenty of people who are both able to reliably do reports and were objectively good mods but seemingly either got burnt out or squeezed out of the mod pool for other reasons.
if i wanted a person to do reports, i could think of a lot of people who would do reports consistently and reliably but would be terrible mods, if u catch my driftarino.

I think ability has nothing to do with it most of them are lazy as hell

Epicmafia is clearly state capitalist.

nah i agree with you eris we're glorified janitors who serve the community and that's it
"Well it's ok as long as some of the workers exist to cover the workload of the lazier ones, and if they burn out we can just replace them."
Yeh no.
from each according to his ability

The mod pool has been bad for a long time. The admin pool is worse

I would say Slow and kino are front runners for cheating

lmao, reports are the primary function that a mod performs on this site, the only other really relevant thing is cheating and there's maybe 3 people on staff who I'm assuming do that, if that.

speaking from an objective manner, the pool of mod candidates is staggeringly low unless people want to try and mold the less qualified/new into good mods which is doable but also runs the risk of upsetting the community further
which is why there hasn't been any demoddings as of late
kino still hasnt passed me for most reports done :D

because anyone can do reports, it's about doing secondary tasks and doing them well.

I don't see it as fair or unfair if a mod does was more reports than he or she has to. I do lots of reports because I have a lot of time and I enjoy going through them; it's nothing on other mods if some of us do lots.
