When players who were banned for cheating are let back into either of the competition-running lobbies, they should undergo a probationary period during which they lose privacy rights for all accounts, be they linked alts or clean-slate mains. The mods can set up a thread with a list of all accounts held by recently unbanned cheaters and either (a) consistently monitor users who have made the list or (b) install a simple account approval process whereby failure to inform the mods of newly registered accounts constitutes a violation of the rules.
This might be worth a go for any game-related ban, not just cheating, but that would probably involve a lot more maintenance.
Guys I was oppressed as a child by being forced to use proper grammar. Seeing people's right to use grammar correctly infringed upon is a trigger for me emotionally, so I will thank you very kindly to please let PETA use the pronouns he would like, seeing as this is still America
as for the topic and suggestions Peta made in the OP, i dont have a problem with it, its like the old "Lookout" thread except for people recently unbanned rather than currently banned users. i think unbanned people should have to earn the privilege of secret alts again. when abc got unbanned all his alts were unbanned and he deleted the main so he could have puppet alts when he eventually got rebanned. rednose made a bunch of alts pretending to be abc that he shared with him.
