I basically got a harassment vio for calling someone a bad person a few times, after I felt that they were harassing me.
a person reported me for harassing them using this evidence:
a thread that I had complaining how the mods were not protecting me from harassment. Everything in this thread would have been covered by this note basically : https://epicmafia.com/report/268378
I reported the wrong person for harassment, so I re-made the report so they could transfer it to the right person for our records. I then stated how I felt they harassed me, but the person I reported felt that the reasons that I stated were harassing her.
I should not get a 2nd harassment vio here, as everything that she sited was either covered by the prior report or it was in a report of me reporting her for harassment (a note that she had gotten but needed transferred to the right account)
And again, calling someone a bad person should not be vio worthy. If it is worthy of a vio, i should be warned by a mod specifically that I need to stop saying that.

I have bullied for years. to me the only way to get victory and move on from this is to delete my accounts and not look back. if i still have my accounts here in any form i can and probably will look back. they want me to come back like this honestly. everytime that I am really ready to leave they do something to try to make me come back and they refuse to let me delete so I can just move on...

the only person who can help you is yourself. you dont have to delete to stop going on the site, have someone change your password to something you don't know. block it on your web browser. there are options. if you truly want to leave and be done, you can do it. there's no obligation to stay.
i think it's important you take the time to focus on yourself. seriously, crucially important. this site is not in your best interest

and i know that it is a hopeless cause to really fight the admins here and that is why you all think i am egocenter but still everyone should be treated the same here. there are 3 categories of people on this site and this needs fixed: 1. the in group that can tell people to die and make even holocaust jokes and not get a vio. 2. the hated people that they make vios up to try to ban even at times 3. the average player that is probably more fairly treated based on the rules alone but are still not fair when group1 never gets vios

why is it harassment if i make a thread complaining about x and demanding they are banned according to leb but when x does this to me it is not a vio?
why is it not harassment for someone to for a year call me stupid, psycho, tell me to go die even, and tell me to go see a therapist all after i specifically told them many times to stop doing this all? but then i report them for harassing me and I get a vio for describing why I feel harassed basically in the report, thread, and verdict appeal thread?
you call me out as a person, but if I am wrong here then please focus on the issues and tell my why these verdicts are perfect. No one really addresses the actual verdicts and how they are okay. they just appeal with emotion but ignore all the facts and refuse to explain these verdicts
You're throwing a fit because you're a egocentric self-absorbed person. Wake up to yourself. People have lost all sympathy because you refuse to listen and you think the whole world revolves around what you want.
Denial, you used to be a great guy that stood up for what was actually right. you should do the right thing here and stop using your hatred for me to influence your justice...
you know very well that someone that is being harassed should be able to say that they are getting harassed. Do you seriously think that I would throw such a big fit if I did not feel harassed? No one deserves to be treated this way, whether you like them or not.
additionally you guys do not want me in forums to complain about bad verdicts, so you should actually give me time in private so I do not have to. With the exception of someone like abc, I am probably the only one that cant write you for an explanation...I think this whole situation would have died the first day if we had like had a discussion like adults!
The bottom line is that no one on EM should be harassed and forced off the site.
people should not have to worry about reporting someone who was harassing them. they should not be getting harassment vios because they say they feel harassed. they should not get vio farmed off the site
em leadership like needs to actually step in and do their job and in a fair manner. vio farming me for annoying you is across the line.
both admins need to step down or be removed

some of our talks were actually fruitful in the past. I remember one time we were fighting over a huge miscommunication and were like basically done with each other but then we saw the miscommunication issue with time and resolved it. it took some time though.
just give me the actual time dude. it is better to not do this in forums as it will probably just make the situation worse for some people to read this.

I made one single thread on this issue, and then I got a vio accusing them of harassing me, which is another report. then i made an appeal basically on that report in forums. then we get more and more reports, with a thread for each....things are out of hand.
i personally think you guys messed up and this exacerbated this whole thing
how do people stop harassment if they cant even accuse someone of harassing them without getting a vio for doing this

I followed what I understand to be the standard reporting scheme. I reported someone like 3x for different incidents of harassment and they all got nv. then I appealed them. then when they were all still nv, i appealed them in a thread in forums.
you guys messed up by letting this go nv so long. you basically waited until it blew up in my complaint thread, which made the situation worse. then refuse to try to step in still and make the situation better.
Now explain to me wtf one is to do to stop harassment on the site, when they are not allowed to report, appeal, and make their single thread without getting a vio for accusing someone of harassing them
because you like to make 7 different threads about the same issue, but try to form them in a way that YOU think should allow you to do so

If I feel harassed by someone, what is the proper way to handle this on em if not the normal system of 1 report, 1 appeal, and 1 complaint thread about the bad verdict?
I followed the standard reporting system method but ended up with vios for accusing her of harassing me in this 3 things.

Denial you have not talked to me in like 7months and you were mainly talking to me when I had a brain tumor in the past and was really sick. you should have been willing to give me a chance again to actually have an adult conversation...
like it or not it is your job as admin to take care of stuff like this, and it is going to take communicating with people that you do not like and in a fair and unbiased manner. if you can't do this job, then you should step down.
This current situation like so many others, is probably filled with miscommunication between all of us. nothing will get better unless we talk and resolve things
it scares me because sometimes I think you actually do all this dumb sh!t because you want to force me to talk to you
and no, unfortunately the way this situation is gonna defuse itself is either you stop or you get violations
I would like for you to be functioning member of epicmafia, but I don't think it can happen as long as you continue to think you can just keep harassing people in order to get your way.
so talking to you is not something I think that's going to even help in the long run and is just a waste of time. you will never take any direction you're given seriously and always try to make some kind of "deal" that you know is never going to be given to you.

explain why it is okay to get a harassment vio for claiming that you feel harassed by someone? why on earth would anyone not fight this?
the whole point of harassment vios is to try to protect someone that feels harassed. If you do not do this they will leave the site. so then how is this okay that someone can get a vio by following the report system but stating in a civil way that they feel harassed and why?
Basically this precedent means that if someone reports you for harassment then you can report them for accusing you of harassing them
r u not capable of having a discussion like an adult. u're an admin you should be communicating with the players on this site instead of straight up refusing to discuss an issue with them
