My 8th and final violation came from spamming multiple 2 player games. I do acknowledge that this is wrong and promptly got a full vio from it, thus causing my ban. However, in this report https://epicmafia.com/report/244971 someone (who later turns out to be a banned user) is given a note. I have no history of erb before this, therefore in order for this to be justified, i should get a note as well. Does anyone else agree?
Fact: If mods, or matts mod friends wanted matt unbanned they would do it by now, there is no need for discussion because it is obvious injustice and no rule breaking etc. It means they don't care/ don't want matt on this site.
Advice: Forget epicmafia.com and move on with your life, it is not worth it. Focus your time elsewhere, it will open new possibilities and joy.
Impact: Because half of my enjoyable games (which are around 30% of total games) are played with matt I will consider if I want to use epicmafia.com and probably will just stop playing.

Everyone slips up from time to time. They might even slip up multiple times till they realize their mistake. Soda is not a homophobe, okay? I'm a f@g and he's always been nice to me. Was even a great rival back in my survivor days. I'm an old fart now, alas. Soda is a nice guy and I think it's wrong for people to try and make him out to be satan or something. Let me tell you, even angels aren't innocent.
Soda is the lifeline for main lobby. Even since my day 1, this dude was always grinding for a trophy and putting in sweat. Keeping him banned would not only be an injustice to Soda, but it would also be a detriment to the stability of trophy games in main lobby. Soda is literally the main fricking character.
Without trying to out too much here he's been sexually harassing a specific user over PMs for months and said user attempted to resolve the problem by leaving the site and he still persisted in not only sending PMs but also repeatedly trying to contact her off site and at this point I don't know what else to do
