matt, i'm going to say no but realize that mods are wildly inconsistent sometimes as they don't have perfect memory and personal bias has implications in actions as well.
just for clarity, i didn't ask one single person to answer no on the poll.
There are a few good apples in this batch of mostly bad apples that i hope will stand up to this injustice.

Encouraging Rule Breakage
Encouraging other people to suicide, spam, cheat or otherwise break a rule. Its only handed out in very severe cases. ERB expires when the rule encouraged to break would have expired.

Pointfarming has never been a vio anyway. You just get asked to stop and the setup is blacklisted.
