Injustice?

My 8th and final violation came from spamming multiple 2 player games. I do acknowledge that this is wrong and promptly got a full vio from it, thus causing my ban. However, in this report https://epicmafia.com/report/244971 someone (who later turns out to be a banned user) is given a note. I have no history of erb before this, therefore in order for this to be justified, i should get a note as well. Does anyone else agree?

Honestly only people who should be site banned are abc for actions including but not limited to threatening to murder charley's kids and ferhunde for exploit abuse to the nth degree (pretty sure ferhunde is luke et. al)

no, i cut him off because he accidentally “made” a derogatory trans joke then cut him back in when he realised what he accidentally implied and understood how damaging it was

At most you should be banning people for 1-3 months, depending on the violations .


Most vios should expire after 4 weeks.

As a mod back in the day I should’ve pushed for that, but at the time I didn’t notice, y’all need to step away from your role for a second & realize the point of the game is to have fun, not live in North Korea

Good, then your views alone are no reason for you to be banned, clearly.

Take antikrist for example. She was an open satanist with inverted crosses all over her profile, and was a moderator. So regardless of your views, you shouldn't be banned unless you break site rules. That's just my point.

So if you're banned, then you should be banned only because you allegedly broke site rules.

That being said I think your 8th violation was soft and warrants an OT to a Note (unless you already have a note for the same violation, in which case you should be given a leash) IMO

Well technically you can know what it means without having experienced it, but yes there are plenty of places on this Earth which still do not accept homosexuality

As an openly bisexual male, and not implying anything here--because I literally don't know what's true and what isn't--but if soda is homophobic/trans-phobic (no, I don't know his views on this stuff), that isn't grounds to ban him or moderate his reports any differently unless he's harassing people or making hateful comments against people for being homosexual/transsexual. While moderators already know this, I'm just saying it for everybody else. Again, not implying anything. I'm even saying it twice just to be sure that people understand that I am not. Implying. Anything.
