Injustice?

My 8th and final violation came from spamming multiple 2 player games. I do acknowledge that this is wrong and promptly got a full vio from it, thus causing my ban. However, in this report https://epicmafia.com/report/244971 someone (who later turns out to be a banned user) is given a note. I have no history of erb before this, therefore in order for this to be justified, i should get a note as well. Does anyone else agree?

If the you are mad he got kudo then you need to sit in isolation and think about your priorities in life. How petty can you be? 2 days of no comp and people want to have fun and you are mad people farmed kudo. That setup isn't pointfarm and there is no rule against pointfarm or kudo farming.

I just realized. The mods who handled this are absolutely dumb. The games were too short to be counted as ranked. That is a feature put in to stop people from pointfarming. So only reason poser and bsm are mad that these people spammed the game and pushed down other games when we have the option to filter open and closed games in the lobby. Why are you guys so dumb. Everything doesn't have to be your way. You are here only to stop people from breaking rules. Not to control their behaviour. Get a life. Your real life has no substantial thing to control so you guys wanna tame people on epicmafia to feel powerful.

also, i've already bothered appealing the 8 vio ban duration makes no sense but instead of admitting a mistake was made (because this WAS how 8 vios were applied in the past) and correcting it, its better to just say the rules have been changed to make no sense

which admin thought that an 8 vio ban duration should have the possibility to be longer than all other bans and that its okay?

no, basically what is happening is you can get a longer ban for a 8 vio suspension than for cheating because the way it's worded

Eighth Violation Ban
Accumulating 8 active violations across all accounts results in a ban. Once all violations expire, the ban is lifted.

cody changed it to basically making it so that the longest you would serve a ban was 3 months, and 4 months if it was for cheating (mods changed this so 3 months for whatever reason, which i think is okay), theres a thread somewhere when he updated it
