Appeal -https://epicmafia.com/report/244686 I really didn't want to have to take this to administrator levels but here I am anyways. I received a full-on violation for making 15 games of 2-player mafia. Yeah, I agree it wasn't the smartest thing I've done, but there are two instances of users getting notes for the same thing I did. One - EpicUser, someone who turned out to be a banned user. Two - Alex, one of your moderators. You gave him the note yourself. If they get notes, why can I not get one especially if I only made 15 games and gained no points in the process? This is extremely unjust, and in this thread: https://epicmafia.com/topic/89135 19 people agree with me as well as a few others and no one dissented except for one dude who was contrarian to be contrarian. You'll never see me point farm a game in main lobby again, just overturn the violation to a note please. Thank you.

You made 15 and played at least another 15 if not more I didn't count. And the rule's been the same since Pottedstuff. With regards to the banned user, it seemed like he was a new user at the time based off his accounts, so he got a note. And I don't remember the Alex one. But, if we can make do with the current compromise, I think that's pretty fair.

Mods are SUPPOSED to blacklist the setup and HAVE up until Matt.. But I guess CHOOSING to randomly vio a well known player for doing it once and banning him overall isn’t corrupt at all. :doge:

Firstly this wasnt pointfarm because 2 player games automatically end as unranked due to game being too short. Besides there has never been any violation for pointfarming. Mods are supposed to just blacklist the setup. Pointfarm is automatically stopped by epicmafia system. If one makes a broken setup which gives out points then mods figure it out and blacklist it.

Moreover, this was a time when comp was paused for 2 days in a row. Mods should give us some slack to have fun when comp is paused for too long. You cant expect us to play unranked or guns and hookers for 3 days.
