It is against your win con to D1 Heck without a game information related reason, and I'm fast losing my patience for your attempted justifications of rule breaking.

I have similar alignment stats to Heck, it doesn't mean anything. He has a >50% winrate, so few suicides I can't see them on the pie, and as far as I can tell, no history of GTing.

If you don't want to play with him, don't. If you don't like his play, fine.

I firmly believe that it is not against my win con to d1 Heck simply because he will not offer anything positive to town, but will rather throw town off-track through his trolling. Also when presented with a better lynch or when Heck is PR, I've often gone for alternative lynches. It's not like I'm resigned to automatically voting Heck in all of our games?? I don't have a record of these other games as I am not obsessed with Heck the way he is obsessed with me.

None of these games even resulted in a town loss from my asking to d1 heck. So how tf do I deserve a vio for GT?

Also I have dodged Heck in the past multiple times & don't join lobbies that I see him in. All of these games were ones where I was in lobby & Heck showed up, as evident through the chatlogs. I even requested him to leave in at least 2 of them. I didn't or rather CAN'T report for lobby camp, because that's not possible for gold heart games. So what do you want me to do???? Just quit the game altogether?? Fix my sleep schedule to revolve around when Heck is playing EM so I don't have to encounter him??

I HAVE reported Heck in the past (https://epicmafia.com/report/243058; this one wasn't mine but I would've reported if it wouldn't be a dupe: https://epicmafia.com/report/242035). Just take a look at all the things he's been reported for in the past & all the nv's he's gotten, and tell me there isn't a general consensus that Heck is simply doing the BARE MINIMUM to avoid getting a trolling vio. If you mods won't punish bad/selfish behaviour like this, the only REASONABLE thing we can do as players is to d1 Heck until he learns to not play as scum/troll regardless of allignment as a gambit to enhance his performance when he plays as maf.

(6461135) You say "D1 Heck plz n ty" in pregame. You then vote Heck 3 seconds into the day, the vote stays on for 4 minutes before you unvote Heck, and vote him again 3 seconds later.

(6453798) Pregame "if Heck shows up to this one we D1 him no ifs or buts". Day 1 you vote him before anyone even speaks. You don't remove the vote.

I'm not doing the last two games. I didn't even have to do this one. You're playing against your win con by voting for someone that it is impossible to have a scumread on, AND by grudge lynching. Either dodge Heck, report him, or just deal with it.

Heck literally does the bare minimum to avoid breaking the rules. If I were to report him for any of the games where he trolled the fk out of town, you would tell me "bad gameplay isn't reportable".

If Heck is breaking rules, report him. Don't break another rule instead. If he's just bad, dodge him, just like everyone else does.

Don't join games and spam "D1 Heck" in the pregame, because that IS gamethrowing when you immediately throw up D1 votes on Heck, which stay there until the end of the day. It doesn't matter if he's mafia or not, you are grudge lynching.

Your style of gameplay revolves around trolling and giving bad reads every game as town in order to create reluctance about lynching you in future games. This style of gameplay should simply be punished by d1'ing you in games like these where a ML is available to prevent town from suffering a loss. You don't help either way unless you're a pr.

Most of these games aren't even good examples of me "grudge lynching" considering how in many of them you were maf anyways/I wasn't the one who led vote/I didn't even bother voting or lynching you. You straight up grudgelynched me yourself or attempted to in several of these. It's funny too that you kept track of all of these games that I wouldn't have bothered to, but I'm not surprised seeing as how you stalk my profile on a daily basis to downvote comments.
