too overpowered, the two would just discuss and ask for names, and figure out who each other is. i think if this were to be a role, it should only happen once per game, and the chef would have to decide on the right night to do it
Whispering: Cop: Chef, set me up with X Chef: Okay
>You are dinning with a Bulletproof
Cop: Hey there, look, there's something I'll have to ask. I know you're X, and you're now a clear. Chef will set you up every night from now on with someone of my choice. you'll both know who it is. Your job is figuring out their role as if you were a town sided Hooker+Stalker. BP: I'm glad we broke the game this easily.

During fourway MYLO with Chef still alive, the town will nl. The Chef chooses two people. If mafia is not one of them, both people will know and confirm each other. If one is mafia, there won't be a night kill. Then, it is still fourway MYLO. Chef chooses one of the people chosen before and the remaining person not chosen before. Same thing again. Essentially, mafia can't win with Chef around on a fourway MYLO.
I agree with Hem's idea completely. Slightly lowers OPness, otherwise if he 'jails' both mafs and there's nk, he can continue doing so to check if they are mafia. Impossible to use in setups with whispering too. If there is any clear in the setup, every night the clear is sent to dinner with an unclear. Thus the clear WILL NEVER DIE, and gets a confirmed role for one person each night, which the Chef can just whisper him. If a bg or doc is in play this is also the case since the Chef can just claim out loud and not die.
