Do they pick a person like the framer, or do they have to pick the cop, then it will change their report? Because it seems kind of unbalanced if they just have to pick the cop, since if cop doesn't out then it's worthless and if cop does out then they're overpowered.
So the person picks a cop, and sets their report to either guilty or innocent? What if there's both a sane and an insane cop in the game? Also, I don't think it's really necessary, having cops with dubious reputation along with a lawyer and a framer.
Ex. Cop chooses townie, fraud picks inno, its inno.
