Town don't need one because mafia have less players so mafia roles should be stronger when town have less players than mafia then you can remove the role from mafia and give it to town.

I believe there was one that STOLE reports awhile ago, but it got deleted or rolledback or something. Stealing reports is op anyway. This one gets reports as well, that way it's not just an op hooker.
