It's a nice thought but his profile page is still accessible site-wide and community violations extend to the entire site. There's also the terms of service for the site which means if mods stop banning people for offensive names people would simply email Lucid and he'd start deleting the accounts. Which is what happened before we had moderators. He should make a new name, although I'm guessing he might be the one behind the MC troll accounts? =P
