Day1, tracker claims. If there are tracker ccs, watcher/bg can do their own thing. If tracker is uncc'd, watcher and bg both go on tracker. Watcher can then confirm bg. If watcher sees two names, this clears tracker from his pov because there will likely be bg ccs and maf can't visit other maf. In hindsight, there was no reason for me to have thought guiser would visit anyone else, and I wouldn't have voted with the fake watcher if I thought about it.
