whats your workout routine. i wish i was a big as you but have a hard time going to the gym, since i can only go really early or really late at night :(
well i made my workout to quick 45 min workouts doing supersets to hit multiple body parts. download and use the bodyspace app. u can find a workout routine for free to follow and keep track of :)
