Some things about me:

I don't like talking when other people are already leading. I don't talk when there is nothing obvious for me to say. Likewise, I will be happy to step up to the plate to lead if nobody else is willing/able.

I appreciate +k, but please leave the reason why you +k'd me. (The same goes for -k.) It serves as much-needed feedback.
