Raised in the slums of West Miranda, Dandy was surrounded by mobs and gangs of all sorts, shakedowns and murders were commonplace. But he grew up and learned to be more careful about his surroundings. There was no stopping him from doing what was necessary for his survival after his brother was killed in a meaningless gang crime. He vowed not revenge, but rather to grow up to live a good, successful life, as he was always taught. So here he is, trying his best in a cold world with no one but himself.
