I'd suggest starting in the bug report forum where I did. I'll post in your topic as well with my full support. This is a bug that should be fixed and I was frustrated when I was ignored last time I reported it.

Basically it shows that game was played 10 hours ago, and that lobby posting was 10 hours 39 minutes ago. I believe recorded games after the first hour only go by hours (doesn't include minutes). Lobby postings, go by hours and minutes. So basically now, I can't prove that it was a game in progress or not. What I will do is let him know (in the event that he's unaware of the Mod Guidelines) that it is against the rules to post about a game in progress. If this does happen in the future, I would recommend showing a screen shots of when the game had ended (it will say 14 minutes ago) and another screen shot of the lobby posting (16 minutes ago). This will prove the person was indeed posting in the lobby about an ongoing game.
