FINAL RESULTS
No Vio = 10%
Note = 40%

Warning = 20%
Suspension = 30%

So my reasoning, is that I found evidence that this was abc, also even though rules are written it is also that if a player cheats exceededly across multiple reports they CAN stack against them, which this account has been doing. While there is an 8 vio rule, a player can be stopped if they are experienced and deliberately trolling the game by getting reports in several areas to avoid an immediate suspension or longer suspension. This isn't just intentional, this is methodic and has purpose. Sometimes looking at the over all situation and proofs helps to understand more about what is going on. This is absolutely OGI on TheGameGal's point of view. If the mods came back and said that just saying gt first isn't ogi, then telling someone to report me, isn't either, TheGameGal, instigaged, AND kept pressing OGI, the initial gt comment had the INTENT to be OGI, and we know that because that is exactly where TheGameGal took it.

Also, Notes are NOT Warning. Warnings maybe lesser violations, but that is why I have them there, yes mods can skip over a warning violation to a suspension if the vio was great enough, depending on how bad it was even in the one instance.

It is inappropriate to say emma is gt'ing because emma is just as allowed to make a decision on the vote as TheGameGal because they are clear. This entire game was a real mess especially because it started with Kara calling out TheGameGal for "grudgekilling" and then suddenly this whole game got backfired and this is an OGI in it self. TheGameGal got frustrated and then everyone started unnecessarily fighting over something so unrelated. I am unclear about giving this a note or a no vio, but I will go with a note for not calling out "gt" when it is not, as this is a pattern with TheGamGal in most games when it doesn't go in their favour.

Started with the GT but Emma didn't help herself. Neither of these players acted appropriately and used meta. This should get a minor violation so the player no longer does it. But this did not really affect the game except make it look unplayable for everyone involved.

This is ogi. Not "let's abuse meta to be townread in comp" ogi but "lets bully the other clear to vote with me" ogi.

So I would give a warning or minor vio, but no suspension.

Change major and minor to just a vio I thought it was clear cuz this is stupid.
He was clearly frustrated and did OGI.

I pretty much agree with the statement from amour ( Nice now I don't need to explain xD )
I only want to add that it doesn't matter wether it was win or loss ogi = ogi.

He has been reported multiple times for ogi and gamethrowing but this is for ogi and he didn't get notes for ogi yet ( other report got no vio but the comment did say he shouldn't do it anymore )

Note this report then and make this the last warning he gets and that he shouldn't do it anymore.

gt does not equal "im going to report you"

Emma didn't bring up reports first. GameGal started with GT first. It was a nice distraction from GameGal though.

summary: kara said that they went on a power trip and tried to strongarm a bw in her report when, from TheGameGal's pov they were uncc'd gs. they justifiably had a reason to pick a bw between the 2 cop cc's - as one should when they are pr.

decision: even though it was a response to emma bringing up reports; it was excessive. it didn't influence the game in that they didn't follow who they wanted to bw (rip) but threatening to report is still not justifiable so i'd give it a note over a vio. i don't think anyone should want to be threatened to be reported over their decision in voting. AND the user being reported recently brought up reports in a past game (https://epicmafia.com/report/271205 "if you are blue im reporting you" @ 07:16 ) and got a no vio so the next step should be a warning.

I am not giving my reason until the end, on this one, but this is my honest verdict. Lastly, if you take the time to check everything it is interesting.

Still waiting for a good report. Also I cannot make a report with any of you being in it. If you submit the report we cannot take it (superspooky :P.) If you are being reported we cannot take it (SirVladSon :P.)
