Malicious use of slurs against players that are based on race and/or ethnicity. We will show absolutely no tolerance towards racist and xenophobic ideals.

Thе r slur mеntionеd in thе announcеmеnt took mе a lot of commеnts to dеciphеr it's a rеtard word. Couldn't it bе said that clеar, so we don't think it's an acronym of racial slur or r-word mеntionеd by Mouth in one of his latest complaints as hе couldn't say rapе?
I don't know about the current mods, but I'd expect that if someone says either of those two things they'd be instantly vio'd, if not banned for the second one.
If the racial slurs is going to be kept at its own thing, have a violation of that count towards a user's HC total too please. If not, it would just be silly. Idk if this is outlined anywhere already, but if it isn't, then it should be
I personally think Harassment should do away with the warning for 1st violation as well; it's useless. It shouldn't take 4 active HC or 4 active Harassment violations for a user to be banned.
I think HC should be 3 strikes and you're banned, 6 month violation expiry. The warning is useless; I agree on giving HC lower tolerance. Remove the warning entirely, have it 1. 24h susp, 2. 24h susp, 3. Site Ban (lucid can add longer penalties since he's very active now). Troll accounts which clearly intend to do this type of behviour should skip straight to being banned at moderator discretion (include that as part of the rule). Racist sexist ableist or whatever, shouldn't matter. Racist slurs doesn't need its own seperate rule imo, there's no need to split it up.
The violation should be applied baed on insinuation and (perceived) intent, not only from a few choice words. It's obviously very possible to still be hateful and say hateful comments without using certain terrible words.
