when free speech was made into law it was to prevent tyrannical governments forming and to prevent silencing the press which acts as a stopper for people who are evil and the kinds that you are aware of
okay that's good but these free speech laws that try to 'police' people are usually always, always about trying to stop hate groups advocating for violence against other parties, hate groups like gay bashers or for example, people who want to get black people lynched.

don't censor things. frame things properly if you're gonna post potentially offensive lighthearted memes "ironically". implicit bias is in fact thing, despite a lot of the psychological studies around it (and training programs designed to remove it) being crap. but, you know, that's psychology for ya.
it's not a racist picture because it's depicting a white woman with a fake tan and heavy makeup evolving into a white woman with little to no makeup and no fake tan. also as zovea pointed out, it's 100% a white woman because it's got white person stylised hair and she's orange.
it's got nothing to do with darker skin shades representing desirability, it's to do with women being demonised for daring to have interest in their appearance.
now if you want to argue that the minimal makeup woman is representative of a desire for fair skinned women, and rejecting darker tones, you can, but i think you'll fail there too. not to say they're not racists, because they almost certainly are, but that picture isn't shaped by race.

i am fully aware of the subject of the image is supposed to be a white woman wearing fake tan. its a valid point. however its still too much to overlook that the “good” woman has white skin and the “bad” woman does not
