By nling they dont automatically betray. They make a pact to kill the town and joint. You should never play manhunt because you dont understand it and you have been pointfarming it by you and everybody throwing it.

I think Holden was a bit malicious but not enough to warrant 24h gt vio and refund for that game.

That said, i know of several people this round who didn't force pd and gave town a guaranteed loss, totally not maliciously.

Think this vio was a bit of a stretch.

The game doesn't end when killer and mafia outnumber town for a reason. The game still goes in progress for any prisoners dilemma situation to possibly give one of the parties more points, or give town the win completely.

There is nothing against the rules when it comes to kingsmaking when you're in autoloss.

If you arent in autoloss then you're throwing away your(and your teams) chance of winning, which makes it GT

Well this is somewhat GT since the user had a shot of winning but gave up. The kingsmaking part is irrelevant, that has always been allowed once third party is involved(which shouldnt be in comp but I digress). But that game should definitely not have been refunded, at most a note.
