A. Banned users can't file reports, but please unban yeasayer as a side note.
B. While I agree that a line was crossed, he did stop, and I don't think he deserves a HC violation.
C. He is one of my favorite posters, was a cool dude when I was going through a rough time, and is one of the few users left I still enjoy.
Being as there aren't really all that many forum posters or old comp vets left, can we let bygones be bygones and OT the vio with the understanding that he needs to stop now?
Also harodihg is a pretty cool guy, post in this thread about anything if you agree
But if we pretend the mod system is the judicial branch of the US government, we can all participate in a fun mass hysteria and together alleviate our boredom. That's how the website used to work anyways. I miss those days.

because this is a privately owned, non-government website that literally says "hey don't do this thing or this thing will happen to you" and he chose to do the thing anyway
Sure, but is it really a big deal?
idk sonse, is it a big enough deal for you to go this hard insisting that he deserves special treatment and not to get a violation for something he did?

Let's talk about free speech some more, I think lacey has a good point. You don't have to listen to him, which is what the block feature is for.

the second rule of arguing on the internet is that the second you ask someone who disagrees with you if theyre upset, salty, riled up, bitter, cookies, or any other synonym for "mad," you've lost the argument
