A. Banned users can't file reports, but please unban yeasayer as a side note.
B. While I agree that a line was crossed, he did stop, and I don't think he deserves a HC violation.
C. He is one of my favorite posters, was a cool dude when I was going through a rough time, and is one of the few users left I still enjoy.
Being as there aren't really all that many forum posters or old comp vets left, can we let bygones be bygones and OT the vio with the understanding that he needs to stop now?
Also harodihg is a pretty cool guy, post in this thread about anything if you agree

like i said, i appreciate you being loyal to your friend and i get that it's important to you to right a perceived wrong, but in the same vein, it was important to me to do the same, which is why i reported a clear violation of a site rule that directly affected someone who is important to me. his game suspension should already be up and he'll be back on the forums in no time.
additionally, saying someone was there for you through a rough time doesn't give them a pass to be unpleasant to others. i get it, but you have to see the other side of it, too.

the fact of the matter is that this rule exists for a reason and going after pjm for his disability which is clearly a personal circumstance isn't cool or allowable, regardless of who's behind it.

i'm not up to date either. but it doesn't really matter, does it? He did something wrong. He got punished. He does things he SHOULD be punished ofr all the time, but this time he was.

honestly i deserve mountains of credit for downgrading from "just ban him from the site" to "okay let him stay on the site but don't openly promote hatespeech"
I'm glad to hear you think he's a cool dude but he was being spiteful to pjm and spiteful to slowbro and he's spiteful to a lot of people all the time and if you think they should not report him because you like him i think you're being silly. They don't need to worry about whether he stopped; he's done it many times and I bet the moment he gets unbanned he'll start again.

recidivism he deserves his ban and there is NO precedent for "he stopped so he doesn't deserve a violation for HC"
