I wasn't here when he was banned but if you search mod actions his last ban was for gt 3rd, when I counted his vios he was at 7 as I pointed out in the chat, I'm not sure who is giving them a leash ? You are free to take action if they are at 8

Nevermaf didn't get a vio leash, he got lucky and got banned for gt 3rd and it's 9 vios, even if you remove one they are still on 8!
