My point isn't that she should be banned-my point is that acting like the vio is unjustified because "Oh it's trik" is silly. She can get a 1 vio leash but the willingness that people are handwaving the behavior as not significant, everyday, or even deserved is not okay in my opinion.
Deserves the ban? Debatable. Deserves HC? Absolutely.
i mean, her comments in the game were bad, but 7 out of the 8 violations she is being banned for aren't related to hateful comments at all
i think it's stupid to ban one of the few active/decent players on a dying website, or any active player for that matter, unless they do something really serious. reaching 8 violations for grs/copied mechanics doesn't count.
this kind of was my critical mindset prior to reading the game, because being good at mafia and being liked by the community shouldn’t put anybody on a higher plane
but having read the game, i think trikmastawhatever’s report is a load of bs from someone who clearly can’t take a loss. idk what the current HC standards are but whatever that framework is it shouldn’t encompass allowing some straight bs reports like that to go through
I mean regardless of whether or not trikmastatak is horrible in their own right my point is that yeasayer isn't 12 and acting like she shouldn't get a vio because of who the person is is ridiculous. Nothing justifies that behavior.
If she gets a leash that's cool but this isn't the type of action you should handwave away as justified and okay because the person "kind of deserved it"/has it out for her
